Where do you ship?

PETORA is built for United States customers. Some products may ship from different partner warehouses depending on availability.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually require 2-5 business days for processing. Estimated delivery is typically 7-15 business days after shipment, though some items may arrive sooner or later depending on the supplier, carrier, and destination.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking is sent by email once your order has been processed and handed to the shipping partner. Tracking may take a short time to update after it is issued.

Will my items arrive together?

Some orders may ship in separate packages if items come from different fulfillment partners. You will receive tracking details as each package ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but orders cannot always be changed or canceled once processing has started.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email support@petora.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with a replacement or refund when eligible.
