PETORA partners with trusted fulfillment suppliers to ship pet essentials directly to customers. This helps us offer a curated catalog without holding inventory ourselves.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, supplier delays, or product restocks.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery to the United States is typically 7-15 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, destination, weather, customs checks, or other delays outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 24-72 hours to show movement after it is created.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment partners. You may receive more than one tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Packages
