Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with PETORA. Because our products ship through fulfillment partners, returns and replacements must follow the conditions below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@petora.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds and Replacements

Eligible damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund after review. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved.

Returns

Unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are in original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used grooming products, beds, apparel with pet hair or odor, opened feeding items, and damaged-by-use items may not be returnable.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once processing begins, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
